Research Study Provides Proof of Connection between Distant Healers and Their Recipients.

A great deal of my work is about intention; what it is, how to have it and how to use it. There are many elements involved for effective intentioning. I will be offering lots of input in this arena, but for now,

I want to draw your attention to a small study completed in 2006 by Jeanne Achterberg, Ph.D. at North Hawaii community hospital. This is a study about influencing with intention and those that follow my work, know that intention and it’s effects is an important chunk of what I teach.

In this study, eleven healers from various modalities were brought together and asked to choose a recipient with whom they felt a connection.  Each recipient spent 34 minutes in an MRI machine while their assigned healer practiced sending, and then not sending their signals from an electromagnetically shielded room.

The brain scans showed high activity during the “send” sessions, regardless of what healing modality was used. We are finding out more, everyday, about how connected we are and how powerful and non-local our thoughts are.  This is exciting information for distance healers and the recipients of prayers and good wishes.
