		&lt;font face="Arial" size="2"&gt;Hi Gabe,&lt;br /&gt;I would suggest the Back Pain Power Dream.  It was designed for the relief of pain, in general, and teaches a very powerful technique. I show you how to close what is called the "pain gate", which controls the sensation of pain.  I teach the method in this cd to lots of cancer patients, and others who suffer from chronic pain. You will be guided  through learning to control your relaxation to the point that you can function normally through out the day, without the pain, or with greatly reduced pain. You can practise the method and get very good at releasing pain within 90 seconds.  I suggest &lt;strong&gt; &lt;em&gt;Freedom from Back Pain&lt;/em&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;to everyone with physical pain of any kind. This makes perfect sense being that when we are feeling our happiest, our aura emits more vivid colors and exends further and clearer.  I like to think our heart is not only an amazing organ, but a thinking , feeling loving part of our being.  How else would you explain the undying fortitude of your heart; beating away day after day only wanting to please and feed you . Not really asking for anyting but to outwardly love. 		&lt;font face="Arial" size="3"&gt;Hi Sunny,&lt;br /&gt;There are many ways to measure changes that 
happen in the body as a result of meditation, hypnosis, guided imagery and 
breath work. The parts of the body that get studied seem to have a direct 
relationship with who is getting funded for the research. The key principal in 
each of those modalities is that of intent and focus. The benefits of holding 
focus for an extended period of time with the intent of creating wellness, or a 
healing environment , gets a positive response from the mind/body/spirit 
systems. There is a chemical reaction in the body for every thought we think. 
When we think negative thoughts that are hostile to the body, toxins are 
produced and released. When we are thinking postive thoughts, or holding focus 
on an inner state of peace, it promotes healing.  The body is influenced by the 
thoughts we think, whether consciously or unconsciously and the stage is being 
set for health and longevity, or for premature aging and disease. &lt;/font&gt;

What I don't want to happen...that people identify this as the only means to create such changes. Meditation is one such way to create these physical changes and now it has been documented.  However, methods such as Hypnosis, Guided Relaxation and Structured Breathing will also allow one to have the same experience noted in Meditators. It is not the method.  It is the experience, as is 'Life'.</description><dc:creator>Sunny</dc:creator><dc:date>2007-01-09T17:29:47Z</dc:date></item></rdf:RDF>
